Five Thoughts I Want to Share

Here are a few thoughts I want to share with Community of Hope this week:

1. You may have noticed on Sunday morning, I am fired up about reaching our community for Christ!  If you get more excited about watching the new episode of your favorite TV show, or waiting for the newest copy of readers digest to arrive, or cheering for your favorite sports team then for the God of Creation, you might want to revisit your priorities.  YOU have received the greatest GIFT possible in the death, burial and RESURRECTION of Jesus! His life paid for your sins past, present, and future!  Don't miss your opportunity to show him how much you LOVE and RESPECT Him for what HE has done for YOU!

2. I hope you are still working on completing your HIGH FIVE card.
Who are the top five people in your life that you want to introduce to Christ?  Name them... and then start praying for an opportunity to invite them to Community of Hope or simply share the story of how Jesus changed your life.  You may be the only opportunity they have to experience Christ before they die. Don't miss your chance to help them gain eternity.

3. Invite someone to the Dinner & A Movie this Saturday at 6:30pm. There will be a "pasta-bar" with different sauces, salad, desert, etc...
The feature presentation this month is Dreamworks' Kung Fu Panda 2.  This will be a great time of food and fellowship together.  You can RSVP at www.facebook.com/gothope365.   Hope to see you there!

4. Start praying now for our Easter services on April 8th.
Easter Sunday will be the official grand opening of Community of Hope to our surrounding neighborhood.  Not only do we want to cover this day with prayer, but I want to challenge you right now to be 1 of 100 people in attendance on Easter!  Let's fill God's house with people on one of the most significant days of the church year.

5. Remember, FOUND people FIND people.
Are you looking for people who are lost? Check out Romans 10:11-15 to see why this is so important!

We love you more than you know!
  Until next time...

Pastor David
